Auto Shipping Guide

The working procedure of auto transporter is as follows:

Once you have settled the rate of transportation with the moving company, you have to submit the transport order form and advance deposit amount.

On receiving your transport order form and deposit the transporter will start preparation for your vehicles transport.

Once a carrier has been allotted, the moving company will let you know about the driver. Later the driver will call you before the pickup and delivery.

The driver will reach your location to pick up your vehicle and will examine your vehicle for any existing damage. The driver will provide a carbon copy of the examination statement to the person you have allocated to release your car.

Your vehicle is loaded and is in transit to your destination. The driver will also stop in many places on his way to load and unload other vehicles that he has planned to move.

The driver will call you within 24 hours of delivery to tell you the time of delivery of your vehicle.

Once at the destination, it is your liability to examine the vehicle noting the damage listed at origin and signed by the person approved to release your vehicle. Please make sure that you note any damage which is not already noted on the Bill of Lading before signing the form. Please be assured that in case any damage occurs it is noted on your copy and the driver’s Bill of Lading. Once noted sign both copies and ask the driver to also sign both. If the complete transport charges are not already paid, then at the time of delivery the balance amount must be paid to the driver.
